Instructions
Step 1: Simmer the Broth
- In a large pot, combine the 1 soup bone with meat, salt, onion, and 1 cube of garlic. Cover with water and cook for 1.5 hours.
Step 2: Add Tomatoes and Vegetables
- Remove the 1 soup bone from the pot.
- Add 1 can of solid pack tomatoes (breaking them up with a spoon) and 1 can of tomato sauce to the broth.
- Finely chop the 2 carrots and 2 stalks of celery and add them to the soup. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Step 3: Cook the Noodles
- Add the noodles to the pot and cook for 10 minutes, or until tender according to package directions.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store leftover soup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop.
