Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Season

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F.
  2. In a large roasting pan or mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: 2 ⅔ cups Rice Chex, 2 ⅔ cups Wheat Chex, 2 ⅔ cups Corn Chex, 1 cup nuts, and 1 cup pretzels.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the seasoning mixture: 1 ½ sticks melted butter, 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ Tbsp onion powder, ½ Tbsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp Tabasco sauce until well blended.
  4. Pour the seasoning mixture evenly over the dry ingredients, tossing gently until all pieces are thoroughly coated.

Step 2: Bake

  1. Place the mixture into the preheated oven at 225°F and bake for 1 hour.
  2. Stir thoroughly every 10 minutes to ensure even baking and to prevent scorching.
