Instructions
Step 1: Preparation and Cooking
- Fry 2 slices bacon, drain, and crumble.
- Sauté 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1/4 cup minced onion, and 1 dash instant minced garlic in 1/2 cup melted butter just until tender.
- Combine all ingredients except 1/4 c. of cracker crumbs and part of the cheese.
Step 2: Baking
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese and 1/4 c. cracker crumbs over the casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
