Instructions
Preparation And Assembly
- Prepare the 5 lbs potatoes and divide them into half German-style and half mayonnaise-based potato salad.
- Heat the 2 qts beans until piping hot and transfer to a portable serving container.
- Grill the 10 lbs bratwurst over medium heat until fully cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
- Arrange the 4 doz buns, 1 large tossed salad, olives, radishes, celery and carrot sticks, and pickles on the serving table.
- Display the 2 cakes, cupcakes, and sponge cake alongside the chilled beer and soda for dessert and refreshments.
