Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Grits

  1. In a saucepan, combine 6 cups water and ½ cup quick cooking grits. Cook according to package instructions until thick and done.

Step 2: Combine Cheeses and Eggs

  1. To the hot cooked grits, stir in 1 stick oleo, 1 stick garlic cheese, 1 stick jalapeno cheese, some Velveeta, dash paprika, and 3 teaspoons savory salt until melted and smooth.
  2. Allow to cool slightly, then stir in 3 beaten eggs until fully incorporated.

Step 3: Bake
