Instructions

Step 1: Melt and Combine

  1. Melt the 8 oz cream cheese with the ¼ to ½ cup milk over low heat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the 1 pkg or 2 cans frozen corn and 1 can green chiles to the mixture, stirring well to combine all ingredients.

Step 2: Cook

  1. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 350°F until bubbly and hot, or alternatively, simmer on top of the stove until heated through and thoroughly combined.
