Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
- In a mixing bowl, peel and mash the 3-5 very ripe avocados with the 1 T. lemon juice until smooth but slightly chunky.
Step 2: Combine and Season
- Fold in the 1/4 small onion (chopped), 1/4 t. minced garlic, 1-2 tomatoes (cut into pieces), 1/2 - 3/4 t. salt, and 1/2 t. red pepper.
- Mix everything together with a fork until well incorporated and fragrant.
