Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Sauce

  1. Drain 1 can (1 lb.) chilled apricot halves thoroughly.
  2. Place the drained apricot halves and 1/4 c. apricot syrup into the blender container.
  3. Process first at low speed, then increase to high until completely smooth.
  4. Blend in 1 t. honey and 1 t. powdered sugar until fully incorporated and smooth.
  5. Serve chilled over sherbet or ice cream.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
