Instructions
Step 1: Blend the Sauce
- Drain 1 can (1 lb.) chilled apricot halves thoroughly.
- Place the drained apricot halves and 1/4 c. apricot syrup into the blender container.
- Process first at low speed, then increase to high until completely smooth.
- Blend in 1 t. honey and 1 t. powdered sugar until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Serve chilled over sherbet or ice cream.
