Instructions

Step 1: Mixing and Chilling

  1. Place 2 cups cubed cooked chicken and 1 cup chopped celery in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small container, combine 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 to 1 tsp curry powder.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and mix well.
