Instructions
Assembly & Serving
- Peel the 1 large orange and cut crosswise into 6 slices.
- Put each orange slice on top of one of the 6 pineapple slices.
- Place each assembled fruit stack onto a crisp lettuce leaf on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the tops with chopped raisins.
- In a small bowl, whisk the 3/4 cup mayonnaise with a little pineapple juice until thinned to a smooth, drizzling consistency, then serve alongside the salad.
