Instructions
Step 1: Mixing and Baking
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the 3 cups cooked chicken, 1 1/2 cups celery, 1/2 cup almonds, 1 1/2 tbsp minced onion, 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp pepper, and 1 cup salad dressing.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese and 1 1/2 cups potato chips.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
