Instructions
Preparation
- Dissolve 1 package raspberry jello in 1 cup hot water.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and chill until partially set.
- Fold in 1 small orange (peeled and diced), 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained), 1 can Ocean Spray cranberry sauce, and 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
- Pour into a mold or serving dish and chill until firm.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: This salad must be made at least 4 hours in advance to allow the gelatin to set firmly. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
