Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Salad

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the 1 sm head cabbage, 1 pkg ramen noodles, 1/2 c slivered almonds, and your choice of toasted cashews or sesame seeds.

Step 2: Make the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the 1/3 c rice vinegar, 1/3 c vegetable oil, 2 t sugar, seasoning packet from ramen, and 1 t soy sauce until the sugar dissolves and the dressing is well combined.

Step 3: Toss and Serve

  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture just before serving, tossing thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated and crunchy.
