Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Salad
- In a skillet, cook the 10 slices bacon until deeply browned and crispy, then drain on paper towels and crumble.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped 4 cups broccoli, sliced 1 cup grapes, chopped 1/2 cup red onion, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, and crumbled 10 slices bacon.
Step 2: Dress and Serve
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the 1 cup Miracle Whip, 1/3 cup sugar, and 2 tbsp vinegar until the sugar is fully dissolved and the dressing is smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
