Instructions
Step 1: Combine Vegetables
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the 1 cup yellow wax beans, 1 cup red kidney beans, 1 cup green beans, and 1 cup garbanzo beans.
- Gently toss in the 1 thin-ringed green pepper, 1 crisp-ringed purple onion, and 1 small jar pimientos.
Step 2: Dress and Marinate
- In a separate bowl or jar, whisk together the 1/3 cup corn oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup vinegar, 1 tsp salt, and black pepper until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss thoroughly to coat.
