Instructions
Step 1: Initial Marinade
- Cook the 1 lb. vermicelli according to package directions, drain without rinsing, and break into thirds. While still hot, mix the pasta with 2 T. lemon juice, 1 T. Accent, and 4 T. oil.
Step 2: Overnight Chill
- Cover the seasoned pasta mixture and refrigerate overnight until fully chilled and the flavors have melded.
Step 3: Combining Vegetables
- Remove the pasta from the refrigerator and fold in 1 lg. can black olives and 1 C. finely chopped celery.
Step 4: Final Dressing
- Add the 1 med. bell pepper, 1 med. onion, 1 sm. jar pimentos, and 2 C. mayonnaise.
Step 5: Final Mix
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated and chilled until ready to serve.
