Instructions

Step 1: Combine and Marinate

  1. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together the 4 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (cooked & drained), 1 C. small green onions, and 1 C. stuffed sliced olives.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the 6 T. wine vinegar, 2/3 C. oil, 2 t. salt, and 1/4 t. pepper, then pour over the vegetable mixture.
  3. Allow the salad to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving so the flavors fully develop until well-blended and chilled.
