Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dressing

  1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. salad oil, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 t. salt, 1 t. water, and dash paprika until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 2: Combine and Marinate

  1. Pour the dressing mixture over the 1 #2 can french style green beans (drained), 1 small can english peas (drained), 1 glass jar cut pimentos (drained), 1 cup fine cut celery, 1 medium green pepper (cut fine), and 1 medium onion (cut fine).

Step 3: Chill and Serve

  1. Leave in the refrigerator overnight until the vegetables are fully marinated and flavorful, then rechill before serving.
