Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Broil Salmon
- Mix fresh dill, juice of 1 lemon, and olive oil together in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Broil until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 2: Make Green Sauce
- Combine green onion, pepper, spinach, and a very little water in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Add 1/2 c mayo and 2 T lemon juice to the blender and pulse until combined into a creamy sauce.
- Pour the green sauce over the cooked fish and serve immediately.
