Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Broil Salmon

  1. Mix fresh dill, juice of 1 lemon, and olive oil together in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon.
  3. Broil until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Step 2: Make Green Sauce

  1. Combine green onion, pepper, spinach, and a very little water in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 c mayo and 2 T lemon juice to the blender and pulse until combined into a creamy sauce.
  3. Pour the green sauce over the cooked fish and serve immediately.
