Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Sausage Sauce
Put 2-3 lbs Italian mild sausage in a pot and cover with water.
Boil until half of the water is gone, keeping burner on medium heat.
Add 2 cans tomato puree , garlic salt , salt , pepper , oregano , and Italian seasoning to the pot.
Step 2: Making and Adding Meatballs
Make meatballs using 2-3 lbs ground meat , parmesan cheese , 1 egg , milk , bread crumbs , salt , pepper , and garlic salt .
Drop balls into the simmering sauce.
Cook (simmer) for 4 hours until the sauce is deeply rich and flavorful.
Step 3: Serving
Serve the finished meat and sauce over hot cooked spaghetti .
