Instructions
Assembly and Baking
- Cook the 2 packages frozen broccoli according to package directions, then layer them evenly in the bottom of an oblong baking dish.
- Flake the 2 cans crab meat and scatter them evenly over the layer of broccoli.
- In a bowl, mix 1 can cream of celery soup with half carton sour cream until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the crab and broccoli layers.
- Melt 1 stick butter in 1 cup boiling water. Add this to 1 package (8 oz) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix and toss to combine.
- Mix the second 1 can cream of celery soup with the remaining half carton sour cream. Pour this over the stuffing mixture.
- Top the casserole generously with grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown around the edges.
