Instructions

Assembly and Baking

  1. Cook the 2 packages frozen broccoli according to package directions, then layer them evenly in the bottom of an oblong baking dish.
  2. Flake the 2 cans crab meat and scatter them evenly over the layer of broccoli.
  3. In a bowl, mix 1 can cream of celery soup with half carton sour cream until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the crab and broccoli layers.
  4. Melt 1 stick butter in 1 cup boiling water. Add this to 1 package (8 oz) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix and toss to combine.
  5. Mix the second 1 can cream of celery soup with the remaining half carton sour cream. Pour this over the stuffing mixture.
  6. Top the casserole generously with grated cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown around the edges.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: This casserole can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance, covered, and stored in the refrigerator. Bake directly from the fridge, adding 10-15 minutes to the baking time if needed.
