Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  1. Boil the 1 Fryer Chicken and cut it into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the bite-size chicken pieces, chopped 1 Onion, 1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese (grated), 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt, 1 teaspoon Chili Powder, 1 can Tomatoes & Green Chilies (mashed), 1 pkg. Soft Tortillas, and 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup.

Step 2: Assemble and Bake

  1. Soften the soft tortillas in boiling Chicken Stock.
  2. Line the softened tortillas in a baking dish.
  3. Add the prepared chicken mixture on top of the tortillas.
  4. Top the dish with an extra portion of cream of chicken soup.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes until bubbly and hot.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Assemble the casserole ahead of time and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
