Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Layer
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a casserole dish.
- Cook the frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions and drain well.
- In the casserole dish, create layers using the 1 can tuna (or chicken), cooked frozen mixed vegetables, 3 chopped green onions, and 1 can Chinese noodles.
Step 2: Sauce and Bake
- In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing together the 1 can cream of celery soup, 3/4 cup milk, scant tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, and pepper to taste.
- Just before baking, pour the sauce mixture evenly over the layers in the casserole dish.
- Top the casserole with the 2 chopped boiled eggs.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and the noodles are golden brown and crispy.
