Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Layer

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Cook the frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions and drain well.
  3. In the casserole dish, create layers using the 1 can tuna (or chicken), cooked frozen mixed vegetables, 3 chopped green onions, and 1 can Chinese noodles.

Step 2: Sauce and Bake

  1. In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing together the 1 can cream of celery soup, 3/4 cup milk, scant tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, and pepper to taste.
  2. Just before baking, pour the sauce mixture evenly over the layers in the casserole dish.
  3. Top the casserole with the 2 chopped boiled eggs.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and the noodles are golden brown and crispy.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Assemble the casserole layers and sauce ahead of time, storing them separately in the refrigerator. Pour the sauce and top with eggs just before baking.
