Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Casserole Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup chicken broth.

Step 2: Assemble and Bake

  1. Stir in the 2 cups shredded processed cheese spread, 4 cups cooked, diced chicken, 1-12 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked & drained, and 1-4 oz. can mushrooms, drained until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 12x7x2 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the top with 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese and dust lightly with paprika to add color.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Assemble the casserole a day in advance, cover tightly, and refrigerate until ready to bake, adding an extra 10 minutes to the baking time.
