Instructions

Step 1: Brown the Beef

  1. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté the Braciole in the hot oil, turning them until they are well browned on all sides.

Step 2: Simmer in Sauce

  1. Pour in enough Tully’s spaghetti sauce to cover the meat. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and simmer for one hour, or until the beef is fork-tender.

Step 3: Rest and Slice

  1. Carefully remove the Braciole from the sauce and let them rest on a cutting board for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Carefully remove any kitchen string from the rolls.
  3. Slice the Braciole into 1/2-inch to 1-inch thick pinwheels and serve them covered in the hot tomato sauce, alongside pasta or rice if desired.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store leftover braciole submerged in the tomato sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
