Instructions
Step 1: Crust
- Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup oil together.
- Press the mixture evenly into a pie tin and bake until set and lightly golden.
Step 2: Filling and Assembly
- In a saucepan, combine 4 Tbsp cornstarch, 1 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp white syrup, and 1 cup water.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat until thick and translucent, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in 3 Tbsp Jell-O until fully dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then gently fold in the fresh fruit slices.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the cooled pie shell and chill in the refrigerator until set.
