Instructions

Step 1: Crust

  1. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup oil together.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into a pie tin and bake until set and lightly golden.

Step 2: Filling and Assembly

  1. In a saucepan, combine 4 Tbsp cornstarch, 1 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp white syrup, and 1 cup water.
  2. Cook the mixture over medium heat until thick and translucent, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 3 Tbsp Jell-O until fully dissolved.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool, then gently fold in the fresh fruit slices.
  5. Pour the fruit mixture into the cooled pie shell and chill in the refrigerator until set.
  6. Top with cool whip before serving.
