Instructions
Step 1: Melting the Chocolate
- Combine the 1/2 c. half & half and 1 9oz bar milk choc. in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until completely melted and smooth.
Step 2: Flavoring
- Stir in the 2 T honey, 1 teas. vanilla, and 2 T Cointreau until fully incorporated and aromatic.
Step 3: Garnishing and Serving
- Transfer the warm chocolate mixture to a fondue pot and sprinkle the 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans over the top. Serve immediately with fresh bananas, cantaloupe, and pineapple for dipping until the chocolate achieves a glossy, clinging consistency.
