Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Jello Base

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the 1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jello and 1 (3 oz) pkg raspberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water, stirring until completely clear.
  2. Stir in the 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in own juice and the 1 (12 oz) bag frozen blueberries until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate until completely firm and set to the touch.

Step 2: Prepare and Assemble Topping

  1. Using an electric mixer, blend the 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, 1 (8 oz) container sour cream, and sugar to taste until the mixture is smooth and creamy; stir in 1 tsp vanilla if using.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the firm Jello layer like frosting.
