Instructions

Step 1: Base Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, beat the 8 oz cream cheese with the 3 oz lime jello powder using an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.

Step 2: Dissolving

  1. Gradually pour in the 1 cup boiling water while mixing on low speed until the mixture is smooth and the lime jello is completely dissolved.

Step 3: Flavoring and Fizz

  1. Stir in the 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
  2. Slowly pour in the 10 oz 7-up; the mixture will fizz, so stir gently until combined.

Step 4: Folding and Setting
