Instructions
Step 1: Prepare and Glaze
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
- In a large skillet, melt the 2 Tbsp butter over medium heat.
- Add the 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon, stirring until the sugar begins to dissolve.
Step 2: Toast and Cool
- Add the 2 cups walnuts to the pan and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes, until the nuts are well-coated and fragrant.
- Using a slotted spoon, quickly remove the walnuts from the pan and spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
