Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
- Drain the Bing Cherries and Crushed Pineapple, reserving the liquid. Add enough grape juice to the reserved juice to reach a total of 2 cups.
- In a saucepan, bring the 2 cups fruit juice to a boil.
- In a large bowl, combine the 2 packages cherry jello with the boiling juice, stirring until completely dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Step 2: Chill and Set
- Stir the 2 cups chilled coca-cola into the cooled jello mixture.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator until the mixture reaches the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
- Gently fold in the drained Bing Cherries, Crushed Pineapple, and Chopped Nuts.
- Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 4-6 hours until firm and set.
