Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

  1. Drain the Bing Cherries and Crushed Pineapple, reserving the liquid. Add enough grape juice to the reserved juice to reach a total of 2 cups.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the 2 cups fruit juice to a boil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the 2 packages cherry jello with the boiling juice, stirring until completely dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Step 2: Chill and Set

  1. Stir the 2 cups chilled coca-cola into the cooled jello mixture.
  2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator until the mixture reaches the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
  3. Gently fold in the drained Bing Cherries, Crushed Pineapple, and Chopped Nuts.
  4. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 4-6 hours until firm and set.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: This salad must be made at least 6 hours in advance to ensure it is fully set; it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
