Instructions
Step 1: Mixing the Base
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, dissolve the 1 C sugar into the mixed 6 oz lemon juice, 6 oz orange juice, and 1/3 C lime juice until fully incorporated.
Step 2: Adding Fruits and Fizz
- Stir in the 2 large cans pineapple juice until well blended.
- Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled 4 qt ginger ale and 1 qt carbonated water to maintain maximum effervescence until bubbly and well combined.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Mix the juice and sugar base ahead of time and store in the refrigerator. Add the ginger ale and carbonated water right before serving to retain the fizz.
