Instructions

Step 1: Combine the Base

  1. In a very large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, combine the 3 litres Chablis or Burgundy wine, 1 cup apricot or peach brandy, 1 cup triple sec, and 1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate.

Step 2: Mix and Chill

  1. Stir well until the orange juice concentrate is fully dissolved and the mixture is uniform, then chill for at least one hour until cold and flavors are fully melded.

Step 3: Serve

  1. Just before serving, gently stir in the 1 litre ginger ale, add plenty of ice, and garnish with sliced oranges, lemons, and other seasonal fruit until vibrant and refreshing.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Combine the wine, brandies, triple sec, and juice concentrate ahead of time and chill for up to 24 hours, but do not add the ginger ale and ice until right before serving to maintain maximum fizziness.
