| 3/4 Cup | Sugar | for simple syrup |
| 1 Cup | Pineapple Juice | chilled |
| 3 | Lemons | juiced |
| 1 (2-liter) bottle | Coca-Cola | chilled |
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Simple Syrup
- First, create a simple syrup by combining the 2 cups water and 3/4 cup sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture is clear. Set aside to cool completely until no longer warm to the touch.
Step 2: Combine Base Ingredients
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cooled sugar syrup, the 1 cup pineapple juice, and the fresh juice from the 3 lemons. Stir well until fully incorporated.
Step 3: Add Carbonation and Serve
- Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled 1 (2-liter) bottle Coca-Cola. Stir briefly and gently to mix without losing the carbonation, and serve immediately in glasses over ice until refreshingly cold.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: The simple syrup and fruit juice base can be prepared a day in advance and stored separately in the refrigerator; add the chilled Coca-Cola just before serving.
