Instructions
Step 1: Bake the Crust
- Press 1 tube crescent rolls dough into a pizza pan, carefully sealing all the seams to form a solid crust.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool completely before adding toppings.
Step 2: Mix and Assemble
- In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup Miracle Whip, 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce, 2 tsp. horseradish, 1/2 chopped onion, and 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix (or Italian dressing mix) together until smooth and well blended.
- Spread the seasoned cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crescent crust.
- Arrange your choice of sliced assorted vegetables (such as celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, and cucumbers) attractively over the spread.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving cold.
