Instructions

Preparation

  1. Grate the 1 cup American cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, 1 cup Colby cheese, and 1 cup Velveeta cheese, then toss them together in a large bowl until evenly combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 pint mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth and well blended, then fold in the 1 (4 oz) jar chopped pimentos.
  3. Add the tossed cheeses to the mayonnaise mixture and mix well until fully incorporated, creamy, and uniform in texture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into clean storage jars, cover tightly, and refrigerate.
