Instructions
Step 1: Combine the Ingredients
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the 2 large bricks cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the drained 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup chives, 1/4 cup bell pepper, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt until the mixture is uniformly combined.
Step 2: Shape and Coat
- Form the cream cheese mixture into a large, cohesive ball.
