Instructions

Step 1: Combine and Chill

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 1 package Knorr Dry Vegetable Soup Mix, 1 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 package (10 ounce) chopped spinach, and 3 green onions.
  2. Mix thoroughly by hand until well incorporated, then cover and chill in the refrigerator until flavors meld and the mixture is firm.

Step 2: Assemble and Serve

  1. Using a bread knife, cut the center out of the 1 loaf rye bread or king hawaiian bread and slice the removed center piece into bite-size squares.
  2. Place the chilled spinach dip into the hollowed-out center of the bread bowl.
  3. Serve immediately with the bite-size bread pieces for dipping until the dip is smooth and creamy.
