Instructions
Preparation & Baking
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- On a lightly greased cookie sheet, unroll the 10 oz. can pizza crust dough to form a 9x12-inch rectangle.
- Brush the dough evenly with the 1 tbsp. margarine.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients: 1/2 cup shredded Provolone cheese, 1 tbsp. grated Romano cheese, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/8 tsp. red pepper, and 1 tsp. dried basil leaves. Sprinkle this cheese and spice mixture evenly over the dough.
- Cut the dough crosswise into 12 1-inch strips. Cut those strips in half to make 24 strips total.
- Bake at 425°F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is a beautiful golden brown.
- Serve warm alongside warmed pizza sauce for dipping.
