Instructions
Step 1: Warm the Oil and Coat the Peanuts
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add 2 tablespoons peanut oil to a flat baking pan and place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until hot.
- Carefully remove the pan from the oven, add 1 pound salted peanuts, and stir until fully coated with the hot oil.
Step 2: Roast and Season
- Return the pan to the oven for about 5 minutes until the peanuts are warmed through and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and evenly sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
- Stir thoroughly until the cheese and salt mixture coats all the peanuts.
