Instructions
Step 1: Sautéing
- Cook 2 cups finely chopped up lamb and 1 chopped up onion in butter in a skillet until brown.
Step 2: Combining
- Add rest of ingredients including 2 cups of rice, 3/4 cup of pine nuts, salt and pepper, cinammon, Allspice, and Poultry seasoning and cook for a few more minutes.
- Do not overcook, rice will finish cooking inside of bird. Use a lot of seasonings as the stuffing carries it well. Enough for a 13 pound bird.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Prepare the mixture up to a day in advance and store covered in the refrigerator before stuffing the turkey.
