Instructions
Step 1: Mixing
- Combine 1 pint cottage cheese & 3 eggs.
- Cut 1/4 lb American or cheddar cheese & 1/4 cup oleo into pieces; add to cottage cheese.
- Mix in 1 pkg. spinach, add 3 T flour, and stir til blended until smooth and cohesive.
Step 2: Baking
