Instructions
Step 1: Mixing and Baking
- Combine 4 10oz. pkgs. frozen spinach with 2 3/4 oz dry onion soup, 1 pt. sour half & half, and 1 c seasoned bread crumbs.
- Mix; blend in 4 eggs, beaten.
- Pour mixture into a greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
- Top with Swiss cheese, shredded.
