Instructions

Step 1: Sauté the Base

  1. Do not drain the grease; add the 1/2 medium potatoes and equal amount dry bread to the skillet.
  2. Season with sage, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste, ensuring equal parts of sage and poultry seasoning are used.
  3. Mix everything well until thoroughly combined and fragrant.

Step 3: Cool

  1. Allow the dressing to cool completely before stuffing a turkey or serving alongside pork.
