Instructions
Step 1: Layer the Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Wash and slice the 2 lbs. Squash, then arrange the slices in the prepared baking dish.
- Cover the squash evenly with the 3 Tomatoes and 2 medium Onions slices.
Step 2: Season and Bake
