Instructions

Step 1: Layer the Casserole

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Wash and slice the 2 lbs. Squash, then arrange the slices in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Cover the squash evenly with the 3 Tomatoes and 2 medium Onions slices.

Step 2: Season and Bake

  1. Sprinkle the layers evenly with 1 tsp Salt and 1/8 tsp Pepper.
  2. Dot the top of the vegetables with 2 T. Butter or Margarine, then generously sprinkle with 1/2 Cup sharp Cheddar Cheese.
