Instructions

Step 1: Prepare and Brown Meatballs

  1. Combine 1 lb ground pork, 1 tsp salt, and ⅛ tsp pepper, and form into balls 1 ½ inches in diameter.
  2. Brown the meatballs in 1 Tbsp fat in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked through.

Step 2: Glaze and Simmer

  1. In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup catsup, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 Tbsp prepared brown mustard.
