Instructions

Step 1: Preparation and Cooking

  1. Measure 1/4 c drippings into saucepan, stir in 1/4 c flour.
  2. Add enough broth to remaining drippings to equal 2 c.
  3. Add all at once to the flour mixture. Cook, stir over medium heat til thickened & bubbly.
  4. Stir in 2 t Dijon & 2 t honey. Cook, stir 1 min.
  5. Season to taste w/Dash S&P.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Gravy can be made ahead and reheated gently on the stovetop, whisking in a splash of broth if it thickens too much.
