Instructions
Step 1: Preparation and Cooking
- Measure 1/4 c drippings into saucepan, stir in 1/4 c flour.
- Add enough broth to remaining drippings to equal 2 c.
- Add all at once to the flour mixture. Cook, stir over medium heat til thickened & bubbly.
- Stir in 2 t Dijon & 2 t honey. Cook, stir 1 min.
- Season to taste w/Dash S&P.
