Instructions
Mixing and Storage
- In a large mixing bowl or jar, combine the 6-7 cloves minced garlic, 1 oz salt, 12 oz water, 16 oz oil, 8 oz sugar, 3 tbsp capers, the juice of 1/2 lemon, and 16 oz vinegar.
- Whisk or shake vigorously until the 8 oz sugar and 1 oz salt are completely dissolved and the dressing is well blended and emulsified.
