Instructions

Step 1: Base Preparation

  1. Beat the 1 egg white, slowly add the 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar, then add the 3/4 cup scalded milk a tablespoon at a time.
  2. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until chilled.

Step 2: Combining and Whipping

  1. Cream together the 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup spry.
  2. Add the cooled milk and sugar mixture to the butter mixture a tablespoon at a time.
  3. Add the 1 tsp vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
