Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
- Bring the Milk to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk the 2 teaspoons Cornstarch with enough cold Milk or Fruit Juice to create a smooth, lump-free slurry.
- Slowly whisk the cornstarch mixture into the boiling Milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 2: Emulsify and Finish
- Remove from heat and stir in the Marshmallow Creme, Orange Juice, Honey, and 1 or 2 Egg Yolks.
- Continue whisking until the sauce is smooth, glossy, and fully incorporated.
