Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

  1. Bring the Milk to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk the 2 teaspoons Cornstarch with enough cold Milk or Fruit Juice to create a smooth, lump-free slurry.
  3. Slowly whisk the cornstarch mixture into the boiling Milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly.

Step 2: Emulsify and Finish

  1. Remove from heat and stir in the Marshmallow Creme, Orange Juice, Honey, and 1 or 2 Egg Yolks.
  2. Continue whisking until the sauce is smooth, glossy, and fully incorporated.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving over your favorite fruit salad on a bed of lettuce.
